Zeta won't purchase BIG for anything like what we would hope for. Undiluted market cap right now is circa $500m.
If you look at other businesses they have acquired and disclosed the amount for, they don't seem to purchase listed companies trading on high future growth built into the price. We would be disappointed with what they would offer. Unless we are facing a absolute worse case scenario with ASIC.
