I'm not too sure why people are still calling this "journalism". It's pretty obvious that the information is being fed by an insider who has its own purpose. The journalist is just using it to write articles in the "scandal" mode, which is helping to sell newspapers. But he hasn't been finding all this info all on his own...
Sure, the management has done awful things, but we still don't know the motives of that insider or what they gain from all this (revenge I guess is top of the list).
The company may not survive this but their model is not necessarily flawed. Someone with deeper pockets could just pick up the work where they left it and make it a viable business, as long as they can onboard enough customers without the finance incentive.
