The response i got from asx indicated that they are investigating potential disclosure and other issues.

They did indicate that if they identify an issue i.e that concerns are warranted then they will work to find out what needs to be done before reinstatement.

In the meantime they directed the general response i guess to wait for on market for announcements. Pretty standard.

Half yearly report not yet lodged again no reason given so im thinking 1 of 2 things. 1) big had it ready to go and then with pending investigation there double checking there numbers
2) or theyll wait for outcome and then work on report.

Response i got from asic more automated and directed to say that unless asic has done a media release on asic media they cant say anything.

What i conclude from that is that i guess imo and im hopeful is that asx and asic are still asesssing the 43 page response. As if and when they receive further responses from company to further questions they will be released to market in due course.

This is all imo and my interpretation.
