Imho someone has a serious bone to pick with management and all fingers are pointing towards Richard.
It might very well be the case that Richard has to step down for the sake of his son's company and extremely forward thinking idea.
Yes it will be a bitter pill to swollow, however he needs to do what is right.
The company needs to come out and clear all the air, and I for one will be thankful that ASX and ASIC are on the case for both sides of an investigation.
There certainly is a serious company here especially with Zeta Global (David Steinberg) and Tipsy on board.
Just how close to the Tipsy app release are the company? Is it just a matter of weeks and if so then is Zeta Global and David Steinberg at the helm about to take BIG to the next level?
As I've said previously Australians are tech followers so imho the key market is and has always been in the US.
