If is a scam why is BIG's boiler room still operating? why hasn't ASIC stepped in and closed BIG down immediately again to stop people from getting scammed. Also if BIG is still trading in a scam fashion it will mean more and more of BIG's assets/cash is being used and less will be returned to shareholders once he scam is wound up. Doesn't the ASX and ASIC have this duty of care to shareholders to stop this immediately?

Again if its a scam why hasn't FC sold out its shares? surely FC would know its a scam because no one was making any payments on the loans ?

It gives me a headache thinking about it.

Good luck to holders I hope it works out for everyone. Only knowing half the story is the worst situation a holder can be in.

It is in the hands of the regulators. I don't think anyone is confident that they understand everything about the situation here. It is best that ASX and ASIC look into it. If it is all legit or there are minor indisctretions the air is cleared and BIG can move on. If it is a mirage it will be put to bed. I am not going to present my thoughts about the outcome as it is purely speculation.
