    The AFR says that PEM is likely to offer scrip for CBH. This sounds more like a takeover if you ask me. CBH shareholder are to be offered a premium and their largest SH is happy. They see $200m worth of savings when the two entities are merged.

    Due diligence is apparently finished on both sides.. That was quick!
