re: dump it now - read why ? I can't see why this company, with only a single product, was floated and investors put their money in it, without protection of its IP in at least some of its markets.
That does seem to be the situation however. At least there seems to be some protection now in Australia.
So what are its shares worth, now and in the future?
To me, the estimates made on HC do not have a sound foundation. The way it is going to use its IP has not been clarified, at least to my satisfaction.
Is the company going to have teams of welders, etc. around the world, operating and making profits, or are they going to licence the technology and therefore collect licence fees? In the latter case, they will have less income, but lower costs, and therefore a much higher percentage profit. There seems to be confusion about this, and I don't think it has been clarified yet by the company.
Can anybody put us in the picture?
I do hold, for at least the medium term, and appreciate the rise in the SP today.
