    Has anyone considered that maybe BCI may be looking to acquire this company.
    From BCI point of view It makes sense to control future iron ore assets in Brazil they have the funds.
    Gold assets may be a bonus,can be expanded quickly with extra capital or simiply disposed of.
    Cleveland has limited financial resources and could be ripe for acquisition.
    Just a thought
