    One has to be totally suspicious due to past performance, or more to the point, lack of performance from WELLINGTON CAPITAL LTD as to this latest 'Amendment to Compliance Plan'??? Got to be a reason, could it be 'lowering the requirement to get third party independent valuations for assets.'???
    Not much left apart from Creswick and Wollongong is there?? Kooralbyn Resort still in limbo land???
