If a Manipulator wants to make a stock increase in price the first step is to advertise that the stock is active and there is a bull movement on, the most effective way to advertise this is to make the stock active and strong.

Manipulators do not need to put out written reports , they do not have to inform the press nor do they have to work to get Broker or financial reviews about the company’s prospects, and they don’t need any type of following , Manipulators accomplish all these highly desirable things by just making the stock active.

When there is activity in a stock then there is a demand for explanations from traders wanting to know why the stock is active and that means of course the necessary reasons, and traders will quite happily supply themselves and make up their own reasons for the stock price increase without the slightest aid from the manipulators .

Activity is all that traders ask, they will buy and sell anything at any price as long as there is a market for the stock, these group of traders make for the first group of buyers and these early traders will follow you all the way up and are a great help at all stages of the operation.
