I Cant see how ASIC let this kind of thing happen,They say they look to see how it effects not just RRP investors, What it does is put investing in the stock market back to the good old days of Alan Bond. You have to be able to have confidence that if you are investing in a company that those entrusted to act on your behalf ie Gordon Gecko Galt actually are, Not Self interest, If the company I invest in goes belly up that's fine,I chose a bad investment, But if a company is going Gang Busters and the BOARD decide SHIT WE WANT THIS COMPANY FOR OURSELVES BUGGER THE INVESTORS,Well that's a different matter and ASIC have done nothing to protect us investors, Others will look at the way Gordon Geeko Galt Has done this and got away with it and it will be replicated hence affecting others in the future. Sad But True.
