I don't think this comes into it. I was thinking more along the lines of if there is anything in the ASX listing rules for AKK around price sensitive information.
I'm just thinking of the ASX "speeding tickets" always referring to "is there any info that may account for SP movement that has not been released to the market..." et cetera (Not that any wild unexplained SP movement is a problem at the moment!!)
