Ahh that must be it Serang. Its some company wanting to build a large stake (a Chinese smeltering company for example), so what they do is wait for FPO to rocket (on false pretenses might I add) and then panick buy at 3c.

No sorry Serang, don't buy that one. This is a much more likely scenario. An opportunist trader panicked into buying as the FPO shot up thinking that they might make .3c/.4c out of it and not wanting to miss out, and not having the time to evaluate the announcement or think logically about why you would pay over the odds for the oppies, pressed the button only to think later:
