It will take as long as it takes to engage the right people or Consultants to write and publish the appropriatte documents and thence for the Mal> gov to condier them and or request some additions and then its go go go.....
We shouldnt forget Lynas has the goods and the Mal. Gov is keen for the project to start...both parties with various stakes in it.
We should all sit back and have a cup of tea/coffee/whisky and relax.
These are reasonably normal burocratic procedures.
