another announcement

there must be another announcement(s) coming today you would think. they would not place the co in trading halt over a litigation announcement, that makes no sense. i am sure there will be some further announcement today to put this in perspective.

litigation ann is good as GDN lawyers advise they have a strong claim for $ US 7 mill. @ 90% of claims settle here and in the US ... so the chance of protracted litigation is, 'on the probabilities', very unlikely.

but we all want to see uranium ann and flow rates right !! i remain confident this will reward the medium to long term holders big time.
