"The net operating cash outflow for the quarter after excluding the extreme
wholesale costs represents $1.2 million which is within the Company’s
expectations and compares to $3.2 million in the previous quarter. The growth in
customer receipts and continued stability in costs will result in the company
continuing to reduce the outflow."
