    John does not have to be at Blamore for the drill - if anything that would only have sentimental value for him to be there and see it spud, no other reason at all.

    Randy and the other boys were hired for this purpose and are out there taking care of it. JH is the MD not the drilling supervisor/manager and his time is better spent elsewhere on other pressing issues.
