Fiscal suicide for Dendreon if it doesn't make a play - at least potentially. But why would a 900 pound gorilla take that chance?
At these prices, Prima represents a tasty morsel.
I would love to have been a fly on the wall observing Dendreon's reactions to PRR's presentation we missed out on (and which followed Dendreon's own presentation).
It wouldn't shock me at all if Dendreon were knee-deep in matters of due diligence as we speak.
But I say, give 'em 20% and no more. That ought to cover them in the event of Prima's technology superceding Dendreon's (and/or have PRR treat all other forms of cancer with the exception of prostate).
I said it a few times, and I'll say it again:
