Just few shares, can't call that "failure". Don't forget the bigger picture, some expect a red DOW ( is overdue ), at some stage U-spot price may drop by 50c. That's why people hesitated to buy at the close. Nothing to do with PEN but the 2 reasons mentioned are always welcomed by some not to buy or even to sell.
The only thing I complain about PEN is that it is not loved by DT when it comes to honour great news but to crash the sp for no reasons. So we have to wait for the real big guys to see the value and to HOLD their shares.
