A great list of questions that deserve some considered response.
But surely the ASX should be pursuing some or all of these points on behalf of shareholders? Isn't it their responsibility to ensure that listed companies keep shareholders fully informed and avoid contradictory or inconsistent statements in public company releases?
At least management would promptly respond to their questions?
