    They may well need more time to release the pfs, that is distinct possibility. If they are open as to why there is a delay and any news regarding a delay is delivered before the end of the quarter (when the pfs is due) then I feel the market will be a little more understanding and forgiving.

    The lack of communication and silence is what is damaging to this stock more so than any delays IMO..
