"...raided his house,.." and found government documents Trump had no right to retain, documents he was Subpoenaed to return, which he didn't return, and he also lied to the FBI by saying he didn't have them, which is also a crime.
All trump had to do was return the documents when asked, and definitely he shouldn't have defied the Subpoena.
Trump is a criminal because of his own actions, actions he himself is responsible for, no one else.
