    Thanks everyone the responses have been great , I like your strategy REsourceboom .

    Question - if Goldman is lending the shares to themselves do you mean it is borrowing them off their clients that have ACX shares held under their respective Chess accounts either individually or through their managed institutional funds offer , hence why they need a signed agreement . The clients concerned have the safety net of Goldman having to put up to 150% of the value for the borrowed stock in a trust account . These investors are covered however unless they adopt your strategy REsourceboom and whilst they also earn a fee of 5% to 15% they will need to wait maybe 6 months, 12 months or 2 years before the price goes back up to $8.50 . Why would they!
