PSDV fell overnight to close at 0.95 (=PSD 0.11) on pretty good volumes.

PSDV can't trade below $1 for too long or it will be delisted from Nasdaq. I don't know the exact rules, but if it looks like happening the obvious solution is a share consolidation (e.g., 1 for 10). That's a complication to future tax returns I can do without.
