    GS this morning upgraded 2011 guidance for BLY by 7% due to rig utlisation rates spiking due to junior miner demand, similar to Major Drilling upgrade last week. Highly likely BLY itself will upgrade shortly, according to GS BLY about to enter "a sweet spot". My mates in the juinior space all tell me rigs are increasingly scarce and unless you have a few weeks work for them they won't return calls...
