    thats an interesting point you raise wrt the fact that TRU gets paid the certainty of 90c cash, and all other s/h get a consideration of STO scrip whose value is not certain.

    my understanding has always been that in a t/o the predator can not offer one s/h one price, then offer another s/h a different price.

    i guess this situation is different because its a Scheme and not a t/o under corps law. PLUS there will be a seperate resolution put to s/h, which seeks approval for TRU to be treated differntly and receive its 90c cash.

    i see the IER must address this issue specifically, and the docs call for ESG to "promote" the merits of this discriminatory payment to TRU.

    How will the directors argue the case?
    I think it only seems to benefit STO and TRU?

    we small s/h dip out, because there would be plenty of s/h who would just want cash.

    seems its all part of the "rolling-over" process.
