The mention of EVN kind of provoked this post so please take it in context. Seems that FML is in the doldrums SP wise. Yes management haven't been over-promoting us but i think its worth noting that the gold sector as a whole is generally down as well. I hold EVN and they have fallen a long way from their high at almost $2, reaching a $1.20.

For what its worth around the time of the merger of CAH and CQT to make EVN i suggested that a tie in with FML down the line would not be a terrible idea. Whilst there is no immediate synergys the board of EVN are very acquisition hungry and the combined assets of the two companies would be a very attractive looking portfolio. For what its worth I don't think this is likely to happen but i believe that the combination of the two boards, well lead by Jack Klein with Cambell Baird working together would produce a company with complimentry board characteristics
