What are those things the Pope used to dish out and even sell? Indulgences? Reminds me of people petitioning for indulgences. "Oh great Lord K Rudd, we are merely humble and mortal sinners, but please grant us renewable energy indulgences and we will ensure thy name is mentioned every time we generate a holy REC", LOL.
