Used to be 2nd. biggest bank, now 4th. With another $1.2 billon write-down, easy to see why. So many screw-ups over the last 15 years, but management & board never take a hit to the hip-pocket. Share price in 2002, higher than today, earnings per share in FY 2001, 248 cents, EPS 2013 - 247 cents. If I was a soldier in this incompetent outfit, I'd be embarrassed to have to front the counter every day. Every year I think, surely there can't be any more depth-charges under this ship and here we are, wrong again. To say I'm disgruntled dosen't even come close. How many massive yearly bonuses did the last CEO waltz off with? There ought be contract clause for recovery when these disasters keep happening. What a total shower.
