Maybe this bota load have come from Malaysia so they can be sent back and 5 more are sent for every one sent back. How would we know? They seem to arrive without papers.
Probably won't take long and we could end up with all of malaysia's 100,000 refugees here.
They could just recycle them - Malaysia send 800 over -> they get sent back to Malaysia -> 4000 come here. I wonder if they will be fingerprinted to find out if the ones coming are part of the 800 just sent back while Malaysia picks another 800 to cycle?
Oh, and Australia has to pay all the expenses to get the 4000 out here. What sort of desperate, lousy deal has Gillard done? This is clearly not representing Australia, imo.
I thought people trading was illegal? It certainly doesn't sound morally or ethically the "roight thing to do".
IMO, Gillard seems incapable of defining any sort of decent policy that is good for Australia. This Malaysian "solutuion" is as crazy and seemingly ill thought out as is her carbon tax "solution" to try and fix a highly qualified climate and atmospheric scientific issue.
