Some people do not understand the different roles that are played by management and by the board.Management run a business on a day to day busines. The board directs how that business is organised, financed and planned into the future.
Having held senior management positions in the past and lately positions as a director, I can assure you that there is a big difference. I have no beef whatsoever with Eric. He should have held that position a long time ago.
I am suggesting we have a board that has not been and is not now up to the job that is expected of a board overseeing a company as big or as complex as Lynas.
