I don't think the "third party" matter is trivial. I also believe that untill the market is informed of what happened and what that means for KAI moving forward, that results from MtYork will have little to no impact on the current SP.

I also do NOT believe that KAI releasing that information would be considered as gossip. This information is certainly having an impact on the SP and will only keep on doing so untill this is cleared up.
If KAI stick to "the less said the better" line (like the Nickel results from 2015) then I think that KAI will lose even more "faith" from any would be investor. I do not know of anyone that was happy or impreesed by the "less is best" reporting style that was used by KAI back then. Except for maybe one.

To not report what went on and what that actually now means moving forward will not serve KAI or it's holders well at all.
"GET SET" is something I wont forget.
The Finch has flown and we all should be told why.
No word from our new guy is just as concerning for me.
