My last month prediction with ARQ was spot on.(nothing wrong with arq fundamental)
Arq did dip down to ave of $1.24c( oil price sensitivity and selling presure at $1.34c, well back then).
Now maybe bpt will have similar scenario.....way oversold and oil prices hoping up slowly...
