pintohoo was this project conceived and managed by those rotten price gouging capitalists or the brilliant managers in the public sector/government?
I believe that some frequent posters on these boards believe that it is always better to have government look after things as they are so much better at it than private enterprise
by the way I see that Massive cost overruns are plagueing your adopted country as well, although from what I can see not nearly to the earth shattering scale of our government managers here is Aus.
