Private enterprise has one objective - profit. That means cut cut cut.

Government, well - where do they get the talent from?

Whatever it is - it all adds up to one thing - if it's a big project, it's got a big chance of having problems.

If it's a gas train out in the ocean and it goes bang - that's one thing. If it's a ship runs late, that's one thing.

If it's a power station on land - nuke, that's a very very different kettle of fish.
