Whatever it is - it all adds up to one thing - if it's a big project, it's got a big chance of having problems.

If it's a gas train out in the ocean and it goes bang - that's one thing. If it's a ship runs late, that's one thing.

If it's a power station on land - nuke, that's a very very different kettle of fish.

so your main argument in having government responsible for the provision of many/most "public" services is based on ideology then, as opposed to outcomes it would appear

nothing wrong with that but that is certainly not the position you portray in many many many many posts
