That seems like a good summary, I get a similar number, but if Tshipi is sold, is Jupiter wound up or are there other assets that have a value. The payment made and the next payment have/will be in the form of a buy back, how would the sale be treated? If done as a buy back, what % of shares are being bought back?, they could not treat as a buy back for all the shares unless all assets are sold, any thoughts?
