Any potential economic downturn is probably going to have much less impact to the growth or earnings of a company like this with governments as its customers but the sp will still swing with the market moods regardless. Good news can offset that and there is certainly the potential for a big move higher against the market if the news is good enough.

There is a bit of manipulation across the boards because professionals on an accumulation drive, or distribution, know how to accentuate and leverage any weakness or movement no matter it's origin or the reality of its basis.
