    I think the interesting question to ask is will there be another buyer to emerge to create a bidding war.

    This is a steal for the Chinese given it has traded as high as $20. Its the lack of SMAR registration that has held it back.

    One assumes with a Chinese buyer this will now be approved overnight.

    Good to see the short sellers bet burnt as well. They deserve it
