    Punters are buried on last cap raising that took place only a couple of months ago. That is those that actually took up the offer.

    Issue price is going to be $4.55 and existing holders either need to take up their entitlement or take a (bigger) loss on their holding. Cunning move by management to avoid another large shortfall in a cap raising
