I was relatively happy with the result. Another raising was a surprise but have just read through all the documents and plan to take up my entitlement in the placement. Hopefully thats it for the capital raisings in the short to medium term as I would rather not get continually diluted for the sake of fast growth. Management will have their hands full getting everything running in Germany/Netherlands over the next year and I would rather them spend some time consolidating so they can "digest" the recent acquisitions. Debt levels are also getting a little high for my liking.
