If you buy on market then none of your money goes to the company. That might be worth a few cents to some investors. To me, I'd say somewhere between 5 and 10 cents on this offer.

Fair enough but with that sort of logic when buying shares pay the max as helps to bolster the share price, most or rather many want as cheap as they can.
