Last year I read same thing when BDR was 20 cents, fair value was listed around 35 cents or so. Fair Value of BDR is 5.4 cents that is what INSTO paid. They are not fool.

Geographically BDR is located in World Heaviest Rain Area. Half of the year you cant mine much, hence the Drama Continues. Almost 10 years it has been running and loosing money.
