    may be the phone calls are to find people to offer the possible further dilution to. I have only been on cbz since May, back then one of the reasons for getting on board is I expected it to be a short journey from high risk to a company with a product locked in and the board was considered to be the best.. At one point a few weeks ago I was expecting an offer to come in and buy all our votes, looks like the opposite may happen
