Not sure that 88E have said anything but 2023.
it is almost certain that any drilling programme will be on ice, so that means winter season Jan - mid April inclusive weather willing.
We have possible access to existing 365 day gravel pad at 392301, but we used that for Icewine#1 & #2.
I would be surprised in any case if we were to try and copy GBP and go gravel unless the well was very close to the Dalton, we managed to get a permit for the same and could afford the cost inclusive of any bonding requirements.
But always prepared to be surprised.
