another cdr in the making

Im an impartial onlooker with this BNB saga. I dont hold and will not dare to buy in to this. This smells like another CDR - another rescue plan which encompasses a reduction in their labour force, fire sale of assets - all in an attempt keep the banks on their side. The primary issue now with BNB is that their business plan/ model which was centred around the acquisition of assets using debt funding is not a viable option for the entity.. Going forward which bank in their right mind will lend to an organisation who is already on brink with such extreme gearing issues.. Their business plan is shot as a result, investor confidence slashed, and banks circling like seguls around their assets hoping to salvage what they can... I honestly see no alternative for BNB - to all potential shareholders save your money... I hate to see people suffer on the back risky decisions that should never have been made.
