    They wont pay dividends until they are comfortable with their debt level.

    Getting the CSF facility to $50m wont necessarily mean that dividends will be paid automatically.

    Its just that the capital will flow back into the headstock CER and it will be allocated accordingly.

    It may be used to pay off Australian debt. A sustainable dividend policy may also be announced.

    The sale of the property was not announced as it is not material. It was only US$15.5m

    Irrespective of how the CSF proceeds are used, there is a reasonably good chance that taxable income will need to be distributed prior to year end.

    Last year this equated to 1.4c. Not sure what it will arrive to this year.

    My understanding is that CER has not announced/declared the dividend as yet as they are not sure yet what the taxable income figure will be.

    Last year there was no mention of the taxable income dividend in the lead up to its declaration in June.

    Not paying out the taxable income is a breach of the constitution. CER has not announced changing the provisions of the constitution.

    Anyway lets see what happens
