Id love $4 but IPL has is struggling to break the 3.67 range and so would be nice to stay above $3.70ish or so but Im with Buddfox, Im out at 3.55 waiting for low $3.20's again.
RSI, stochs and Bollinger indicators all seem to indicate a drop is on the way.
