wouldn't you think MAE would sell 100% before, JV.

i mean, if there are legitimate interested parties you would think that they wouldn't pass up 100% on the cheap. when i say on the cheap, i'm talking in generalities (i.e. GFC, gas prices, flow rates).

further, JV would have to be approved by shareholders..? would this be a substantial acq. of shares..? a split for cash..? dillution through further issue..?

i hold onto the hope that if we have more than 1 interested parties we'll get our bidding war...
