Yeah, Struggler, more dribble from the usual suspects. Always "time is running out", "worse than expected" blah blah "crisis" blah blah all just to herd the punters and pick their pockets. More political control is always welcomed by the power hungry as well. Scientists need a panic to stay employed, who would pay them to say all is fine?
Anyhow, looks like even vice-chancellors of universities are disgracing themselves now as part of the scam.
